What is teppanyaki?
This Japanese word (literally translated as "grilled on an iron plate") refers to a type of Japanese cooking where a hot plate is used to cook the food. In the West, teppanyaki generally refers to a fusion style of cooking originating in Japan and dating back to 1945 in the Kobe region, combining the use of traditional Japanese teppan with Western ingredients (particularly beef). Originally intended for an international audience (the American army), this cuisine was later exported to the West.

Our Grill Teppanyaki Style restaurant awakens you to new flavors and offers a choice of classic skewers: marinated chicken, sesame and ginger shrimp, traditional flavors like our garlic and parsley Provençal lamb skewer, and our salmon skewer, or more unusual ones like salt-cured beef, or our delicious octopus skewers with chili. And when it comes to cooking, you're the chef! To round out the flavors, we offer you a choice of our homemade sauces, but here's a tip: try our Argentinian Chimichurri salsa verde!
On the à la carte menu, our appetizers take you straight to Asia, with a choice of three varieties of poke bowls or saku tuna tataki. You can also start your meal with more classic salads for those who prefer a mix of cultures. In the mood for traditional cuisine? Try our homemade foie-gras with fig chutney!
